NOUSPROJECTSの⽬的は、先⼈が築き上げてきたものづくりの技術と製法を永続させ、「当たり前に良いもの」を多くの⼈に知ってもらうことです。素材や製法、技術そのものがインスピレーションの源となり、“NOUSPROJECTS”のフィルターを通して新たなデザインが⽣まれます。
古代哲学において、NOUS(ヌース)という⾔葉には「本質を⾒抜く、理を解して物事を作り上げる」という解釈があります。本質を求めて素材を選び、機能を与え、直感的な美しさに従うことが調和を⽣み出し、インテリアのトータルバランスを向上させると確信しています。そして、この設計思想に⽀えられた私たちの家具が⽣活の中に溶け込み、持ち主の個性と⽂化を創り出すことに期待を託します。
Nous projects is an initiative to uphold our family principles in what we do to preserve our established brand. From material selection to the art of furniture manufacturing, these principles have always been our pillars of success and our continuous source of inspiration.
According to classical philosophy,‘NOUS’ is a term that means “understanding what is true or real”. Through understanding the nature of raw materials, we are able to accentuate their instinctive beauty on our furniture. At the same time, we also put thought into well-balanced designs so that they harmonise well with home and office spaces. With this ethos in mind, we hope to serve you furniture that would help you define your individuality and style.

株式会社ヌースプロジェクツが展開する国産ソファのオリジナルブランド。福岡県久留⽶市に本社とショールームを構える⼯場は粘⼟⽡の製造をルーツとし、1965年に家具製造への転換を経てソファ専⾨メーカーへと⾄る。企画開発から⽣産まで⼀貫して久留⽶の⾃社⼯場で⾏い、サイズバリエーションや張地など幅広い仕様を選べるバイオーダーシステムを採⽤。「当たり前に良いもの」を多くの⼈へ伝えるべく、先⼈が築き上げてきた技や製法を受け継ぎものづくりを続ける。持ち主の⽂化を創り出す家具を⽬標とし、メーカーとして培われた技術にヌースプロジェクツのフィルターを通して新たなデザインを⽣み出していく。
